has anyone traveled with a passport in maiden name and gc in new name?
I am planning a trip to Brazil so that my kids can finally meet their grandmother(my mom) in February. My passport has my maiden name and my green card has my married name. I’m running into issues to get a new Brazilian passport due to some laws that have passed. I wouldn’t be able to get it before February. Has anyone traveled with their passport in their maiden name? I haven’t used my green card before and I’m so afraid of being denied entry, especially because my children will be with me. I have proof of marriage as that shows my name change but just seeing if anyone has had a similar experience.
