Has anyone same experience
My VAWA got approved on last February (2024) .
since vawa got approved, haven’t had any update on 485 . I saw many of our members got movement notification, their RFE for medical and approval on 485. I am really worried about my 485 . How come nothing happened on my 485. Does anyone have any similar experience? please share your?

I have the same still waiting for my GC they applied it to my case on 7/15/2024

sometimes your case gets moved without notification. Have you tried contacting USCIS using Emma? or through your congressperson?

same here, applied for i-485 dec 2021. I got a letter during that time saying previous fingerprint applied but it never updated online since. It still says Case received to this day

@Sandy will Migrate ;yes I did through the Congressman and Senator. Uscis didn’t respond to both ofices. I ask to have phone call with Tier 2 , no one called back .
inquiries back to back came with same reason we aren’t able to provide any information.

same here. applied sep 2020. vawa approved September 2023. no words since then….
