one of my friend with July 2022 PD cleared today in EB1C (India)

PD August 2022 and we waiting. no updates at all. CRP

PD September 2022. RFE Sent. no updates after that.

@Abhi k No, the case remains pending. I did raise a congressional enquiry and received an inaccurate response (visa number not available as PD not current), the congressman office themselves acknowledged disparities and have raised another request. I am getting hopeless at this point of time but cannot do anything other than waiting. my PD is current as of today.
