Same here, still waiting for RFE letter

All BDV clients are pending. I think they check something else about BDV and their EB3 process.

I’ve seen some BDV people approvals… and some of them pretty fast. I know for sure they are checking BDV but I don’t understand why takes so much time for some people.

@anonymous member you saw approval from this FO for bdv clients recently? i have not seen even one approval for this. my interview was nov 3. do you work for macdonald's too?

@R S when was your interview. if you had it what did they say at the interview?

@sharmeen moona my interview was on July 23rd. Yes I am still working for McDonald. They said they will send their decision to my mailing address. my interview was just for 45 minutes, but they asked me more questions about BDV than job. I’m thinking to work 2 months more. Then I quit the job.

@Alex brown I think most of the eb3 unskilled applicants in Kansas City are BDV clients. May be they found some suspicious about BDV, but not sure

@Alex brown no that’s not true yours is taking long and is gonna take longer just because you did excepdite

@December 2020 interesting observation! why do you say that? expidition triggers something in their system?

@MZ A am saying this because i have a friend from mai 2020 he got approved last month and he had the same thing he did the expedit and am saying thats not true because i have from who got their green card this month who did the interview last month and they are from bdv 2 of them in new york and one in texas

@December 2020 we are talking about in Kansas City Field office, not in Texas and New York. Mostly applicants from BDV have pending cases in Kansas City FO.

@R S wow that is long. have you enquired with the congressman? with this new pause, I am afraid what they will do to our case. I may look into reaching out to congressman this month.

@sharmeen moona yeppp… I already kind of made up my mind, it’s going to be a long night. i was kind of wondering, how many days a person should wait after the interview before reaching out to congressman, or even to make USCIS inquiry.
