for Nebraska Processing Center a case beyond 7 months is outside normal processing times

@amyZ S u mean in span 7 months the case must be approved/denied or in span of 7 months the case must be atleast sent to the nvc

I mean I dont know about must, this is just based on estimated processing times by USCIS. if more than 7 months have passed, you have the right to submit a service request
