Hi aqib! yes, i needed to apply to i-360 first. I got it approved a yer after, but covid came so I couldn’t apply for my green card during that time.

Aaliyah. I went to a private clinic as soon as I got the RFE. I paid almost $400, but they gave me the exam in 3 days so it was worth it. After that, I gave it to my lawyer and she sent overnight

&Bea C I don’t How to do or What to do in Medical Exam CAn you guide me a Lil Bit and did they Ask for Medical Before approving Green Card

So for the medical exam, you’re supposed to find an authorized doctor (you can find it on the USCIS website). This doctor would do a physical exam and would sign a form that he/she would then give it to you in a sealed envelope. Some people send this exam along with their application. Others (me) only send their i-485 application and wait for immigration to ask for the exam.

@bea C did you send your exam after approval of gc or before?

it has to be before! They take the exam in consideration before approving the gc. If you don’t send it with your initial application, immigration will send you a RFE

they did send me Notification that My case was received and uscis Reviewing it But they didn’t send me RFE How much Time You Think It Take for RFE i appiled in Sep 2021

Depending on your priority date. For me, it was 6 months.
