Had my biometrics done on March 31st and got a notification today that my refugee travel document has been approved. How long does it take to receive this document in the mail?

when did you submit your application? what center was it ?

I submitted my application at the Nebraska Service Center. USCIS received my file on January 28th. However, l had to expedite because I have an emergency at hand
