H1B i129 application rejected for fees
hello all
my lawyer filed i129 non immigrant worker petition for FY 2023 selection on June 16th (2 weeks before deadline) we received a rejection today (july 13) for a mistaken amount of filing fee , $1500 instead $750.
is it possible to re-file even after 6/30

you can re submit file with your rejection documents with explanation before deadline or best call uscis and ask them

Yes and use the recently incorrect receipt they sent to you to re-send it again.
