yes I was able to fill out the service inquiry form on Dec 1st. However, the regular processing time has gone up now. And I haven’t heard anything back on my inquiry yet.

Receipt date of Apr 11th. and still waiting. Inquiry submitted on Nov 20th and no response on that one too.

Apr 10th still waiting. No response from inquiry.

I got approval on 30day after inquiry.

Nov 20, that when it opened for me, that was 7.5 months from filling date
