H1B affirmation notice i797c
Hello everyone,
Has anyone experienced a similar situation?
USCIS reaffirmed my petition and I received an I-797C Reaffirmation Notice.27 jan 2026
My USCIS case status still shows Approved.
My CEAC status is still Refused.
A USCIS officer already visited my employer office
When I emailed the embassy today, they only replied: "Please contact USCIS for further updates regarding your petition."
Has anyone received the same response? What happened in your case afterward? Any experiences or advice would be greatly appreciated.
