Nabeel Beidas12 de ene de 2022
Wait for the email’s welcome letter with case ID and invoice ID from NVC in order to create an account then pay fees, fill form DS-260, upload I-864 and other required documents and wait for 2-3 months for consulate interview.

@Lolita well back to number #1
1- National visa center
they will send your case to NVC
the process might take 1-3 years to have a Visa available for you before your turn 21.
if you are over 21, Well that’s another 5-7 years to wait for a Visa available for your case
2- After NVC approve a visa for your case, they will send your case at your country consulate or embassy for interview

@nabe thank you got it 🙏🏽🤍

virgi stvl12 de ene de 2022
@M s so now you're going to wait until 12 years😲?
Nicole Grayson12 de ene de 2022
Depending on the country you may have to wait a while. I know persons waiting from 2020 and still haven't gotten an interview date as yet. They are also children under 21 of a US Citizen

The reason i said 5-7 years is because i am a beneficiary from my dad and i am not married. i live in USA and I came with a f 1 student visa,, it took 6 years for NVC to approve a visa for me and now i applied for I-485 since June 09,2021 & fingerprint on July 12, 2021 and I-765 since July 13, 2021 i am still waiting for gc and EAD.
my I-130 applied in 2014 and approved since 2015 and NVC sent me a letter approval in May 2021
and i am over 21
Lolita lolita12 de ene de 2022
@Nicole yeah i have to wait for interviews in my country.... that’s it ! yeah you’re right I heard that too
Lolita lolita12 de ene de 2022
@ leby is your dad was green card holder ? that maybe it .... you waited for the visa bulletin and my case is different for immediate relatives it’s not the same .... I waited almost 3 years to be just approved from uscis , but now if nvc scheduled for interview in my country I will immediately get the visa . I won’t have to wait for visa bulletin
Lolita lolita12 de ene de 2022
and my age is protected by child protective act
Lolita lolita12 de ene de 2022
@leby yeah if you’re over 21 that’s it , that’s why it taked so long
l s12 de ene de 2022
yeah my dad is citizen
l s12 de ene de 2022
yes vergi but I apply i 131
Nicole Grayson12 de ene de 2022
@Lolita yes you're right. A visa is readily available for you. You don't have to wait for years. Hopefully they start to clear the backlog in your country so that once your case is documentarily qualified at NVC you get a visa immediately

@Lolita
Yes my dad is a green card holder
and My I-130 applied in May 2014 and approved in January 2015 (7months) USCIS. i have cousin who was a beneficiary from his mother who also a green card holder and his case was processed in his country, his whole case took 2 years and half to have a green card. that’s why it depends on the country you live.
Lolita lolita12 de ene de 2022
@leby yeah but it’s different for us citizen holders do u get me ? there is no waiting for visa bulletin... in this category.
Lolita lolita12 de ene de 2022
