Immigration Process

I took delivery of our cards today: I, wife, and daughter.  Medical Rfe and 1485J was sent by USCIS on July 20th. I mailed the medical including varicella and Hep B vaccines on August 8, through express USPS mail. USCIS received and signed for it on August 9 but did not update my online account. I responded through a cover letter that I485 Supplement J it is not a requirement for NIW (although I provided them one). Status changed to card being produced on August 19. It was approved on August 22, and card mailed out on August 23. Status changed to "Post Office picked up mail" on August 24. I placed a hold on my mail delivery on August 24. And I went to the post office to pick them up today. 
I wish you all good luck and I look forward to our meeting in five years for the citizenship application.
