what was the RFE? Was your case EB-3 NIW?

@Deependra chaudhary filed on March 10, 2023. moved to non-local field office and got a medical rfe from there on November, 2023 after which case went to “case remains pending”

@Tien Nguyen RFE was for medical since it wasn’t submitted with i485. Case was EB3- skilled.

@S B thanks a lot! I was wondering bcz most of cases with PD in FY23 have been approved in FY24 due to backlogs.

@S B you didn’t need to file PERM right ? under schedule A? and you were current

@Tien Nguyen got retrogressed after filing i485 starting from May 2023, so had to wait until this July 2025 to get current to get approved. @jiji b no need to file PERM for nurses. and was current when application was filed. @S M field office was LA.
