@GAGA lee @w s 🇨🇦🇺🇸 @Gaby God the officer found that there wasn't sufficient evidence to support the I-130 even though we sent everything required. We didn't get the opportunity to have an RFE, just straight denial. Second time around with the lawyer we sent in a box of every single little thing which included stuff like pictures from the start of our relationship to now, social media messages and posts, love letters, screenshots of texts, letters from friends and family, bank accounts, insurance, health directives, and much more. Basically anything and everything that included the both of us. Lawyer's advice was to prove our relationship before marriage and after.
