how long takes to updated card mailed to card was pick up by ups ?

@S M on July 8th it was updated as card mailed. it didn't show that it was picked up by the post office or a tracking number. I just receive it in the mail today and shortly after it was updated as card delivered by post office with the tracking number.

The questions asked where: where my spouse worked what his job entails why I decided to Marry him when we got married How our family feels about the marriage If you or your spouse have kids their name, date of birth etc. That was basically the questions for us.
