Greencard Approved in Wrong Category
Greetings. i received my greencard Approval but i my Pd isnt correct. upon Checking they approved it on E36 Category rather than E8. What should i do next? I saw someone with the same problem. looking for suggestions from anyone if they faced similar situation. PD is Aug 21.

happened with me. you'll need to submit an application to reopen the case (i485). then uscis will work on fixing this problem.

Just know it takes from 2 to 3 years to rectify it
Whatever you do, do not give back your card
File it online instead

same to me. Waiting to be reapprove again, they keep sending generic response. Hold on to your gc and wait for pd to be current then apply I-90.
