my RFE was just them saying my file was missing my marriage certificate even though I sent it in! so I resent it.

they had said that they needed to merge my files and it would take 3 weeks, ended up taking 6 months. I personally think I was just in a backlog since I got it now 14.5 months after I applied which is the lower range given for that field office (between 14.5-23.5 months)

I had started with a k1 fiancé visa, then I got married and applied for the i130 and withdrew the K1
