@a a a aaa Impossible to predict. It could be a few more days or a few more years. The only thing you can do is chat with an Emma agents. They can tell you when your case was last accessed by an IO. A few people also mentioned that agents told them their cases would be approved soon, and it really happened, but I’m not sure if that’s true.

@PA Joe I asked an agent thru emma but the agent told me to call USCIS because they couldn’t verify my identity or something.

I applied for RTD on Feb 2024 and received it in August 2025. I waited 1 year after approval by immigration judge to apply for green Card. Applied it on Jan 2025, still waiting.

@Sakar Bajagain we have similar timelines. I applied for RTD in Feb 2024 and recieved it March 2025. Applied for GC in Jan 2025 after waiting 1 year
