Green card production failed
I got approved on 24 September 2023, and my card has not been produced. Through online chat with Emma I came to know that card production failed 2 times, but they couldn't give me any reason for failure. On the 13th of October, I walked into the uscis field office to make enquiries, and after checking, they confirmed to me that passport phot taken at biometric has an issue. Has anyone experienced this before?

@poto mac I was in desperate situation so I went to their nearest field office where my biometric was done. security were nice they allowed me in and photo was retaken
