hello @mamou mamou yes my interview was earlier this week on Wednesday. I arrived at the USCIS field office building, lined up to get in with my lawyer, went through security, and went to another floor, where I waited for an officer to call us in. I got called to go through a door and walked to a office where I was sworn in before sitting down. I was asked what my full name is, when and where I was born, when I entered the US, what my prior immigration status was, . I was asked how long I was married, if I a job/ go to school etc, how many children, the names of my children, how old I am, then I was asked some questions on the 485 which had the do with security, espionage and treason against the US. then the kind officer said okay that concludes our interview if I have any questions then I will reach out, if I don’t have questions and you don’t hear from me by Friday then you’ll be approved and receive your green card by in the next two weeks or so. I told her thank you so much have a beautiful day. then my lawyer and I left. it was sooooo stressful prior to the interview because the interview appointment was so short notice but I came in with a sensible attire and paper work at hand just in case. I’m glad it’s over with 🤍🥲🙏

no, they’re on my application but they’re not beneficiaries because they’re already USC’s and they were not with me. my lawyer cost me 1500$ for two brief meetings and the interview itself. @Kings kay

well I’ve had DACA since it came out and the Vawa visa status when my 360 was approved but then again Vawa pardons many things. did you not have any status prior to Vawa. ? @mamou mamou

a g I no really I applied for 130 before vawa the 130 where denied i was already separated to my husband and I was about to do vawa when my husband received the denied letter

yes my 360 my vawa is approved and I have interview scheduled for 485 this month
