green card in hand.
Hey guys, My green card is approved. here's my timeline and happy to answer questions: Eb2 row country i485, i765 i140 i131 applied = dec 2019 fingerprints Jan 2020 ead and ap feb 2020 interview scheduled in March 2020 interview cancelled due to the pandemic crickets. crickets. applied for ead renewal September 2020 and got combo card approved December 2020 service request raised and got to know case transfered to another office in December service request raised in March 2021 said potential interview waiver and we regret we can't provide a timeline April 30th card produced 5/3 case approved and mailed notice 5/4 card mailed 5/6 green card in hand still not received approval notice :( God bless you guys.

no I didn't travel with my AP.. are you looking to travel? I would contact the airport you want to depart from that country to make sure they allow.. but it shouldn't be a problem

@ R U, I'm also an h1-b but expired Visa. in my opinion it's more the immigration person at your airport you're flying back from that you need to consider. besides the immigration here at the moment. I've only heard positive outcomes but they do ask you to move to a room for secondary questioning.

@ Mohammed, its a request you can raise using case outside processing time? form. mine was within processing time but someone let it raise it for me because of my interview cancelled for a year

yes it different. I raised ombudsman too. got usual response it's within processing time. generally service request is your first route. ombudsman later

it's an employment based case as stated above. also they decided to waive my interview .

I got card production on 04/30 too, but i have not received my card. I received card mailed notification yesterday.
