I think you need to contact them because it should date the day it was approved

it must be a mistake. you need to contact them and have it corrected

body don’t have anything corrected just join the army or navy and get that citizenship really quick , to correct it you’ll need to send the green card back to them it’s going to take a while

if you had your green card through marriage , they only give you 2yrs permanent residence. after the 2years you will have to go to a scheduled interview with your spouse. after you prove and pass your interview convincing them your marriage aint fraudulent, thats when they grant you a 10yrs permanent residence.

You need to correct it, in order to avoid future trouble when applying for 10years. what you need to do is go to sSN office to update your ssn first to a permanent resident. call uscis to request infopass to have your green card stamped on your international passport, then file the form for correction of the green card.

it doesn’t change or cancel your approval. Also keep a scanned copy of this GC for your own record before sending it back

I get I 90 receipt notice for replacement of card . that we are reviewing your case .

so I filed mine online and got case number instantly

I also only send a soft copy of the card and not the real card. I got receipt notice and bioreused mails a week later.

error in my card was the classification code. instead of IR6, they stated IR1. so the field office sent me a letter to file i90 to correct the error. I need my card as proof of residence to employers, so I kept the physical card with me. if they request it, I will send. if not, they have the soft copy I filed with my i90

@blessed I sent original . have soft copy with me . today it’s been 200 days since I got receipt notice . it was mistake in year of produce . suppose to be 2021 to 2023 , they gave 2020 to 2022

@changlais CP no not yet . it’s been 203 days since I received receipt notice . I called last week they said it’s in normal processing time . green card replacement time is between 7 to 12 months . so you are ok right now

@changlais CP call that uscis number & ask for info pass appointment . they will put all the information & give confirmation number. they will tell you someone will call for date & time in next 3-4 days but I got call after 1 month. so if you are traveling call them today

yea I filled that application i751 3 months ago . when I received letter

now you have the extension for 24 months after you filled the application or you still have the stamp on your passport
