@my boo boo: We wanted to see what was going on with the case. Also, many people here said requesting for A-file helped them at that time. Out of desperation we requested for it.

@Gigi a: The case was never denied. That’s why we didn’t do I-290B as advised by tier 2 officer.

@My boo boo: yes they send about 90%. They held a couple of pages for some privacy issues they said. Yeah try it. I think it’s good to have your complete file. We were able to see apps from 2011 and on.

@Gigi: We are so super happy. Thank you. It’s your complete file with USCIS, they will send you every single applications with evidence and some of their paperwork too regarding your file minus anything they deem to be private to them.

@My boo boo: Check it out here: https://www.uscis.gov/records/request-records-through-the-freedom-of-information-act-or-privacy-act It is completely online. They won’t mail or email, they will attach it to your account. I think it took a lil bit over 1 month for us to get it.

If you kindly share that your GC was back dated for 1 year only or more as your priority date shows 2017 reply will be appreciated.

@My boo boo: I applied from here employment based as primary and for my spouse as my dependent. I’m not sure about DS160. @Green Planet: We applied Dec 2017 EB3 ROW, which was current, so our priority date was the same as our application date.

you should contact to uscis i sent 290b 31st december and reopened notice received from local FO in february and today received from NBC

@laura, what does your lawyers says?? you can make an inquiry on your case by calling USCIS. it’s been a year I believe

@laura you should push your lawyer to make a inquiry for you, seems like attorneys don’t canre, they just care about the money, but at the end of the day it’s your case,

@At dot, it took about a month. We made an online request and they posted it on the account to download.

@K D I got my 10 years GC yesterday, I had my second interview on July,01,2022 officer didn’t ask any thing just the yes/no questions, interview last 15 minutes mostly, we gave him Some joint evidences. card was being produced on July ,06 case was approved on July, 07 card was mailed on July, 11 card was delivered by USPS July, 13
