After your “case approved” and approval notice how long did you wait for GC?

interview and Approval August 25 approval letter came in August 28 Green card came in Sept 7, was suppose to be Sept 3rd but due to the labour day holiday

@ z a we went with our 2kids; 2yr old and a 3month old. Officer was very calm and nice. My daughter went close to him and said " how are you? and that got us all laughing. He didn't ask my hubby any question, he only went through the i485 form to update and correct stuffs. He saw my birthday and then realized we are both cancer and then we talked a few more about how cancer peeps are loving. He asked if we had any other proofs to submit and we submitted pictures, tax, bills. That was it. The only question he asked me was why I didn't go to school cos I came in on F1 visa. so I told him the truth about why. and he said " ok you will receive a decision in 2 to 3 weeks" my daughter waved him with a smile and told him " bye bye " in 2 hours, my status changed to card being produced.

I thought about deleting this app too🥴 I got my 10yr green card back in July… if I do delete it I’ll be back in 3 yrs when it’s time to apply for citizenship
