@GC 2024 & @Amarah O my I-360 was summitted in August 2016 and it was approved in April 2020, because of financial hardship I didn’t have the money to submit my I-485 aos. I was finally able to submit it in September 2023 with my attorney and they requested medicals in March 2024 since I didn’t send them together with my I-485. 2 months after I submitted my medicals, I received my approval.

@GC 2024 I can’t really share my timeline since I didn’t know about this app before but if you see the comment above, that’s the timeline.

@Kenia F thank you so much for sharing. God is so good, even after a long pause, He expedited everything for you. I submitted i360 in 2020, i485 in 2022, and still waiting for my GC. PD is current and this waiting window is painful.

@Kenia F You mean religious workers or just Special Immigrants? I think religious workers are considered as special immigrants too, but not sure. @Amarah O Hi, your timeline and mine are exactly same and me too waiting for the final adjudication. It’s quite overwhelming coz you don’t know what’s coming. :(
Kenia F20 de jul de 2024
@Amarah O yes indeed, God is amazing if you put all your faith in him. I believe it all depends on your country & category. I am from El Salvador and it looks like they still working in some cases from 2017-2019. my country still have visas left so I was able to secure one since my priority date is earlier than 2017. I would say just be patience and have faith in God. He will make it happen at the right time

@Hijen Hijen Religious Workers and Special Immigrants are both under EB4 Category but it doesn’t mean they are the same. Religious Workers used to have their own category and I believe a few years back they just incorporated them into EB4
