if you have been married for 2yrs or more at the time of approval then you'll get a 10yrs greencard. it is also up to the interviewer that interviewed you since you are almost 2yrs in. my opinion

they should give you 10 yrs if the IO is linient

Let us know what they give you. It will help other people. In your case, only the officer could decide. some officers would let the month past before deciding...some other no.

My case was filed in National benefit.. but the interview was in Dallas field office.. I was not asked many questions.. - My husbands birthday - How we met and how did our relationship start - My husbands working history - My current address She was a nice officer and our interview was for about 15 minutes. It was a lot easier then wat I had expected. If you keep calm and answer the questions, you will get approved. She did not say I got approved at the moment, but my case was approved within an hour.
