no RFE as the medical was submitted with all the forms, center is mentioned in the title:) tx

can someone help me with this question My case was accepted by uscis the 6 of feb 2020 first they send it to Nebraska,then to vermont then to California now to My knowledge they sending it back to vermont My spouse is a US citizen he really getting confuse of how they are desling with him why they kept sending his application everywhere it 20 months now and we heard nothing

@VP, is your case updated with all these movements to different locations? Or you called them to see where the file is?

yes My spouse call and today they told him that they sending back it to vermont cause they overload

no and they didnt update him about any of them is when he enquire he found out

yes it was waived, I was also covered by my L1A visa with the waiting time for another 2y. Maybe that s why I still don't realise that getting the GC is a big deal.
