GREEN CARD APPROVED!! 🥹🥹🥹
Guys, I had my green card interview yesterday and thank God I was attended by a great officer, I was scheduled for 1pm but I arrived 1h in advance and they called me at 12:45, my lawyer said I didn't need to take my photo album and I still did, and that's what approved my case! The officer asked my husband to tell our story of how it all started, and after just 1 minute the officer said "I love photo albums and you don't have to finish telling them, your case is approved" he didn't ask me any questions apart from if I had committed any crime or if I intended to commit any crime against the USA, and he also asked for our proof of address and last year's tax and that was it!!!

congratulations! I had my interview last week with my husband, he was asked how our relationship started and I was more about us. we showed our photo album, supporting documents. the officer seems not paying too much attention In my opinion he only look to some, take down notes on what we say, the interview lasted for about 30mins and we were told they will review my case. so this makes me very anxious. what would be the chace or reason why they coupdnt tell us denied or apporove same day?

thank you! i'm not sure, as i said it depends a lot on the officer, he can be simply calm or just like to get more evidence and make sure it's not something fake, i've heard cases where the officer said he would review the case but that 2 hours after the interview he had updated on the uscis website that it was approved. So the only thing I can think of is that your interview will depend 100% on the officer who sees you.
