what documents did you provide with the 42b form? how much was the filing fees with the court?

green card from court will take years after approval on 42b. did you get verbal approval or received the letter too?

Where and why did you get detained? Was you vawa approved??

@God bless me traffic violation and they called ice, gave them my info said that’s a process not a legal status

@Riri Riri I got mine waived filing a waiver however there is $1600 charge + whatever lawyer charges you they are charging 12k+

@mar alon yes I had my lawyer fwd all the info to the ice agent I had already showed them every document in my possession however they said that’s a process I have pending not a status

@Adeola j I’m not sure how the process works when you’re not detained , the questions are based on your personal experiences when you came in to the country , the way you came in etc

yes I have medical record for my citizen children and hardship statement . my case is currently pending a date for individual hearing
