i would check. asylum GC is slow AF, but EB3 right now are slow too….btw you can technically submit both, the only problem is fee….🤷🏻‍♂️

i don't think you need EB3, asylee has almost same rights as green card holder

can one apply to eb3 as pending asylum or asylee??

@i l EB3 PD is 04/01/2024. visa Bulletin shows 01/23/2023. I may file both to see which one comes in first. it doesn’t hurt right🤷‍♂️

@abu kai as pending you have very slim chances …depends on your case you might be able to get a GC i nthe US or outside,but if you are in court then 0%. if you got asylum now you are in legal status and can adjust how u want eb 1 69 or wait for asylum GC
