Goverment Shutdown - Perm / LC
With the U.S. government shutdown now in effect, I’m wondering how this will impact cases like mine.
Will the Office of Foreign Labor Certification stop processing PERM cases during the shutdown?
If a case is already under review, does it just get frozen until funding is restored?

I might be wrong but the government shutdown will impact LC and PERM processes and will have no impact on the AOS process since its funded by the application fees.
