I went to my interview because of the previous case I have to wait he said he has to throw that file and then he’ll take from there. He said it’ll take 120 days. I had my interview on February 17. I’m one month down and more to go.we’re ever married for adjustment?

I just got married in September because I was gonna adjust through my husband but it was easier to do it through my son also I was gonna wait like 2 more years to do it until my husband became a US citizen but I talked to lawyers and they told me it was easier through my son. I was also grandfather by 245i a petition that my mom submitted in 1996

@Slick I am sorry for the late response. I was denied because the officer said our evidence wasn’t sufficient enough. I didn’t respond to the mail I received for additional information. I think that’s why. I just had a baby so I wasn’t thinking right
