Congratulations pls I want to ask a question. Have gone for interview but I took expired medicals and the interviewer told us a letter will be sent for directions of where to send my medicals. But one month after am yet to get any response.

@phil O, my interview was exempted as mine was an employment-based be-1b application. But if I were in your shoes, I would try to call uscis and get hold of an agent to speak with... I have not done it, but in the lawfulyl app, others have been discussing ways to contact uscis...

no, from Oct 1 onward any unassigned visa will not be used

yes, that’s our understanding is… unless intervened by court or applicable law making authority pass any bill to roll it to next FY
