I got approved on Aug/30/2022.. 69 days of waiting after getting approval & still didn’t get my NVC welcome letter..

I got approved back on May 13th and they sent me my welcome letter that same exact day.

I sent an email. I got an reply back stating they received my case, and waiting to be put in data system to get a welcome letter.. that’s all.

this is the reply @Diamond The National Visa Center (NVC) recently received your immigrant visa petition from U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). Your petition is now waiting for data entry into our systems. As soon as your case is in our systems, we will send a Welcome Letter and instructions.

@chetan when did you get the reply ? What email did you send an inquiry too? The response I got is different. I got approved the same day with you

got approved on 15th aug . upto now no case number. still waiting . sent inquiry and was told they received the case and to wait .

for I-129F k1 visa always going to be Mumbai.

why if we have chosen delhi embassy??

ya, it won’t be Delhi. it will be Mumbai. you can’t choose.. they will automatically send to Mumbai.

the way things going I am not sure. After approval we have to wait for NVC welcome letter (Has been 73 days for me since approval and no welcome letter) upload all the documents, then wait for Interview date. did you get your case approved from USCIS yet?

ok, it will be while then for you to get approval. They are working in Aug/25/2021 cases in California

how you know that they are working on August 25 now

mine took about 14 months.. exact what they said in USCIS processing time site. now it’s 15 months :(

if they keep going like this, Feb/March are the months you can see for approval. but things can change and your might get approval faster I hope. I’m sorry.. I know it sucks.. but we have no choice but to wait.

if you get approved by March-April/2023, wait for welcome letter that is taking 70 days or above, once that is done, wait for interview..

yes, I got approved Aug/30/2022.. I applied June/29/2021.. now it’s already Nov/2022.. let say I will have visa in hand by Feb.. I don’t even know.. but that is my guess..

your petition got approved in like 14 months why you think mine will take like 16 months

because USCIS processes time changed again.. to 15 months..
