I’m looking for one with less fee for someone that doesn’t work but need a bank account because I’m paying a lot fees using my foreign card in the USA.

i don't really know but you should go with pasport and a proof of direction which can be a uscis document, a medical document ect.

Peter Capital one doesn’t accept without SSN or ITIN nûmber

l got mine at bank of america with just my passport me and my husband has a joint bank account as well with them 1 year before I got my social and my personal account monthly fee is just 4 dollars.

through phone or by walk in office? you went alone or with your husband?

I went to bank and I went alone when I got my personal account.

Bank Of America definitely, Don’t even try with chase.

@Jay is right chase won't give you an account unless you have a social bank of america made it so easy for me .
