Did you open any inquiry along the way? My PD is May/20 and is outside normal processing time. But uscis is not responding to inquiry. I don’t know what else can be done

@SF, yes I opened several inquiries, ombudsman, congresswoman, and expedited requests. Though, I got a response from USCIS, but this did not move my case. I hired a lawyer to intervene, which helped speed up the processes.
