@ade ayo, true! any approvals for fellow vawa applicants is the only string of hope and motivation. my PD is Aug 30th 2021 c09 but haven’t heard anything. my abusive husband refused to give me the EAD from marriage based application. it’s been 2 yrs break in my career, I have signed a job offer but can join without EAD. So Frustrating!

Is there any way to add more information of abuse after submission of i-360 ?

yes, it’s my first time

I expedite on March 16th and no response yet

I expedited April 1, through my lawyer and I did congressman last week. no response lol

I heard that it will take 30 to 45 days to get a response. I made an inquiry as well as make an call back from tier 2 officer hopefully one of these thing will work

i chat with Emma and connect to a representative and she made a call back appointment from tier 2.

I tried talking to tier 2 officers and got an appointment for later date, but one day prior they dropped a mail saying due to my case type I have to write to Vermont.

@gaps, once it’s a VAWA case, you must write Vermont service center bcuz VAWA unit doesn’t take calls due to it level of confidentiality
