After your Vawa request is approved, the permit arrives under category C31.

By the way, if you have category C09, take advantage and get the Real ID because under category C31 you will no longer be able to.

I filed for Vawa, Ead and advance parole I also have a pending i485 from the previous marriage which was linked to my Vawa. USCIS issued my Ead receipt C31 and I got prima facie so when should I be expecting my Ead approval. please quick question

@Willianny S what is a real ID? is it the same as drivers license?
