Getting documentary qualified
We filled i130 on September 2nd 2023. I got DQ on 21st December. How long will it take to be scheduled for an interview and what are the documents required.

I’m at the same position with you PD September 1 2023 got DQ December 27 now waiting for interview I asked couple people no one knows I email the embassy in Bulgaria they told me to expect letter around beginning of February I hope so
