it varies honestly, I wish there was a clear way to know if you are getting an RFE or not. did you file using a lawyer?

RFEs usually are nothing to worry about. I got mine on day 151 of my AOS but they can come at any time. it was for a birth certificate. best of luck to you. @Via T

@chuck brown no we filed on our own, i literally put a whole bunch of pages of pictures of us together along with our application

@Via T I totally get it. my heart sank when I got the notification but I knew that I needed to send them the long form birth certificate so I was almost sure it was that. I’m sure it will be fine if you sent all required documents. if you’re just engaged at this point you don’t need to show as much as if you’re already married I’m sure. best of luck! @Via T
