@Mo Mo same with me. Asylum granted Dec 2023, applied for i485 in Jan 2025. I sent numerous inquiries through congressman and USCIS responded that there is a pause on my application cos I’m from one of 39 countries

@Yeah Cool yeah is that problem? but I don’t use i used my i94 when I applied jobs i have never used in my life

@Oliver Farm i have heard even if we file mandamus is very easy for them to say oh you’re not qualified like writing mandamus means give me decision weather is deniel or approval GC is not something that you have write to get approval mandamus is good for they kicked out citizenship oath they have righr to get citizenship. very confusion

@Oliver Farm my EAD is not expired what you do is when you’re filling i9 form is one of the paperwork employment forms you choose i 94 if you want. u don’t need you choose work authorization i start working walmart that time i applied my EAD on jully but i start working April 24. if u have your social security with i94 u good.

@Mo Mo but the i94 doesn’t have an expiry date so what numbers do you put in your application?

@Yeah Cool bro there is no expiration date on i94 i don’t know how you got it. mine is from immigration judge from Louisiana detention 2023 December 26 there’s no expiration date mine is little card and shows me issue date only

@Mo Mo I came via b1/b2 visa and then applied for i730 as a beneficiary in the states.

@Oliver Farm @Mo Mo i checked my i94 on the cbp dhs website!!! its expired. I contacted them for an update and they said I have to go to a cbp office. it’s mostly at the airports

@Mo Mo You don't need to stress yourself; the green card application for Asylee takes a long time to approve. I have a friend whose application took 3 years before approval, although mine only took 3month before approval. Just wish you best of luck 👍
