Form i130
Hi. I am planning to file my Green Card through my spouse who is a Green Card holder. I am already in United States (since 6 years) and currently in valid visa (f1). Do I need to file a form i130 or can I directly file i485. Also who files for i130, me or my spouse? Thanks in advance.

so your Green cardholder spouse can file for you for I-485 and you can file I-130 you have to file both same time
