Form I-864
Has anyone who had their VAWA case approved ever received a Request for Evidence (RFE) related to Form I-864, Affidavit of Support? I understand that self-petitioners under VAWA are generally exempt from this requirement, but I would like to know what kind of response should be submitted in this situation.

i got one jun 3 and responded july 24 last year my lawyer saying i believed exempt and its been almost a year and no response from them.

download the i864w and just fill and sign. Thats all

@F A the I-864W form isn't available on the USCIS website, so it's possible they may have replaced it. Trying to figure it out how to response.

@susie R. I received RFE for I-864W and my GC was approved within 14 days. its a waiver you need to sign that you did your application by yourself without Your Spouse. So its depends on your case type.
