Form I-751 removal of conditions
hello fam, please is there any one here from Ohio who has filed their removal if conditions yet? im just trying to find out how long its taking. i been waiting 1 year 6 months now since i dont qualify for citizenship cos my spouse files head of household talking about she wont get money if she files as separately or joint. thanks

check your eligibility, if you’ve had your green card since 2021 you should qualify provided you’re still married

@mr man our tax documents dont show anything positive cos of how she files as head of household
