hi guys, pls my wife file for a i130 for me since last year and she got a mssg that on November 3, 2020, your Other - Tier 1, referral number was complete.Anyone wit the idea what this mean.

@Ojomolade, from Nov 3 to January is not too long, uscis is working so slow n is taking them a year n above for approval of I 130 depending on your service centre

@Godsent Godson, the processing times for texas for USC is 8.5months to 10.5 months not 6months as u saying.

@Ojomolade, there is no need to contact a Congressman, u can check the processing times online n u can call USCIS for outside processing times after 10.5 months
