for Niw, self petition , which document should be send to NVC
should we send the financial document such as affidavit of support? evidence of income?
or I should send only civil documents.

yes you send all of them online after you received the welcome letter from the NVC and you are filling online

they gave a list of documents and my friends told me that the financial document is not applicable for niw ( form-

A Hilaire, your friends are correct. Affidavit of support doesn't apply for EB2-NIW. Only ds260 fee and civil documents (birth certificate, marriage certificate, identity, police clearance, etc...). Google NVC civil documents....
