I’m loosing my mind.. USCIS says it needs my FOIA to schedule an interview , but also says it can’t get a FOIA because covid…. how long are we gonna blame covid for everything???

My case is also reopened because of a FOIA request, but my interview officer didnt tell me to request it, she said they would do it but I haven't heard or seen any updates. My interview was June 7, 2021. I applied in 2020. Should I request the FOIA myself?
