fingerprints is it normal?
Guys, I need some help determining if everything is in order. This concerns my mother's petition, which was filed by my father. My father is a U.S. citizen. We just received a fingerprinting notice, but it is addressed to my father—whereas my mother is currently in Poland, going through the consular processing track. Is this some kind of mistake, or is USCIS looking to verify something extra?

This is normal, my spouse who is American, even active duty was scheduled for biometric. this might mean approval is very near
