I have my N400 case still pending and I went to my interview on May 6th and I passed my interview but there’s not action on my case . I have called USCIS and they said I had to wait 120 days before they could do something and 120 days passed by and now they said I just have to wait.

thanks guys. I Googled the congressman for my area. i called them. told them it has been 10 months since i filed. they emailed me a form to be signed. so they can contact thr uscis on mu behalf . that it.

does it matter when do you contact the congressman? For example if I just filed my case 2 month ago but I know that I’ll have to wait 38 month on average? Or its better to wait some time and then contact the congressman?? What would you recommend? thank you

S N i think what is really matter is the reason why you want to expedite?! even if its after one month but you have a good reason they will accept it.
