finally the wait is over!!
I interfiled my medicals on 3/1/2021 without RFE and on 3/9 my case got transferred to NBC. on 4/7 my case got transferred to LA field office (Emma told me).
Today my case got approved!

Can you share the detail on medical interfiling? like the doctor will send it to uscis for us? how do you know which center we should send it to? I'm worried about it getting lost somewhere
